Three Room Studio Saturday Challenge: Repeat Stamping

Hi Everyone!  Welcome to the Three Room Studio Saturday Challenge!

Today’s  Saturday Challenge @threeroomstudio is Repeat Stamping!

Here is a card that I made using the Yay stamp set and die!  I stamped out the Yay sentiment on my Neenah solar white cardstock using black ink. I used some acetate to create a pocket around the entire panel and put some Studio Katia Sequins inside. I sealed it up using double sided tape on the back of the panel.

I adhered a few sequins on the outside of the panel. Then I cut a yay sentiment out of red cardstock three times and put them together and adhered the whole sentiment on top of one of yay sentiments I had stamped on my panel.

I adhered the shaker panel to a piece of black cardstock and then the entire thing to my card base. I paired it up with a red envelope and that's it!

You are Loved

Hi Everyone! I pulled out some yupo paper and some pink Ranger alcohol inks. I wet the yupo with the blending solution first and then added my alcohol ink. I used an air blower to help move the ink and solution around on my yupo paper.  Once the ink was where I wanted it I left it to dry.

I then took a panel of Neenah solar white  and cut it out  3 times with the Hearts Entwined die from My Favorite Things. I then adhered them together with my Gina K connect glue. Then I took my alcohol ink panel and cut that with the  Hearts Entwined die and then adhered  it  offset to the diecut made of Neenah paper.

I took a piece of black cardstock and spattered some gold paint on it. While it was drying I  heat embossed the You are loved sentiment from the From the Heart stamp set with white embossing powder.

I adhered the diecut to the gold splattered black panel and then popped up the sentiment strip on top. There you have it!

Three Room Studio Feature Friday: Welcome Winter

Hi Everyone! This is Karen from @cardsstampsandink. Welcome to Three Room Studio's Feature Friday! Today I am sharing a card made with the Welcome Winter stamp set! This stamp set is so versatile as it includes many images and sentiments to create a lot of fun cards!

Today I used the squirrels on a toboggan image to make my fun slider card. I stamped my images using my Gina K amalgam ink and coloured them in with my copic markers.  Then I ink blended to make the clouds and the snow drifts. I cut out the images and popped them up on my card base. I laughed out loud when I saw the "freezing our acorns" sentiment. It's totally appropriate with the crazy weather here in Canada and for these little squirrels. I assembled the card and added a bit of glitter to the snow drifts on the trees.  There you have it! A fun and interactive card!

Thank you for looking at the blog today! Be sure to Always stop by to check out the wonderful inspiration from Three Room Studio!

Happy Birthday Shaker card with Alcohol Ink and dies

Hi Everyone! I pulled out some yupo paper and a rainbow of Ranger alcohol inks. I wet the yupo with the blending solution first and then added my alcohol ink. I used an air blower to help move the ink and solution around on my yupo paper.  Once the ink was where I wanted it I left it to dry.

I then took a panel of Neenah solar white  and cut it out 7 times with the Lots  of Hearts die from My Favorite Things. I then adhered them together with my Gina K connect glue and then cut out the middle to create a well to hold my sequins. I glued that to my card base and used my powder tool to ensure that there were no more sticky parts. I pulled out some Studio Katia sequins and put them in the middle of the die cut.

Then I took my alcohol ink panel and cut that with the Lots of Hearts die and then adhered a piece of acetate to the back of  it. I glued that down to cover the sequins. I then cut out the Happy Birthday die from My favourite things with some Neenah solar white paper and used my Glitter clear sparkle embossing power to cover it and used my  and there you have it!  A fun alcohol ink birthday shaker card!

Cosmos & Hugs

Hi everyone! I craft when I need to chill. To process info that’s happening around me. I learned while crafting with others that I sing while I do that 🤷🏾‍♀️. Who knew? This card I’m sharing today is just what I want to do. Hug other humans. Ok. Socially distant hugs. 🤗

Today I used my Karin Brush Markers to watercolour  some of the Cosmos from the Stunning Cosmos stamp set from Altenew.  I also used the hugs die from the Script words die set to add a sentiment. I sprayed the die cut with my Avery Elle Clear Shimmer spray and adhered it all to my card base.  I added a few gems from Studio Katia and that's it!

You are Never Alone

Hi Everyone! Here is a card that I made using Gina K designs single stitched square dies and Gina’s Have Faith stamp set and of course Gina’s envelope to match!

I pulled out a rainbow of Gina K cardstock and die cut each colour using the Single stitched square dies.  I assembled them on a card base of 110# Neeenah cardstock and glued them down with my Gina K connect glue. Then I took the Onyx black cardstock and heat embossed the You are never alone sentiment from Gina K's Have Faith stamp set. I then glued that on top of the assembled diecuts and trimmed down my card base. I added a few gems and added the Gina K Lemon Drop coordinating envelope and that's it!

Let me know if you try this! Thanks for stopping by today!

Hello!

Hi Everyone! Today I decided to use the Oversized Hello die from Waffle Flower! I pulled out some Yupo paper and my Glacier (blue) and Vineyard (Purple)  Alcohol inks from Ranger. I wet the yupo with the blending solution first and then added my alcohol ink pearls. I used an air blower to help move the ink and solution around on my yupo paper.  Once the ink was where I wanted it I left it to dry.

I then took a panel of Neenah solar white and used my Altenew Dotted Swirls Debossing cover die. I then took my Lawn Fawn Dotted rectangles A2 sized die to create the border on the edges of the panel. I adhered that panel to my card base made from 110 pound Neenah cardstock with Gina K Designs Connect glue.

Then I used the Waffle Flower Oversized Hello to cut out the middle of the yupo paper where the two colours overlap so that both colours would be a part of the sentiment. I also cut out another Oversized Hello sentiment out of white craft foam and adhered it together and then to the card base. I added a few gems from Studio Katia and voila!  Let me know if you decide to try this!
