Hero Arts Unity Collection Guest Designer!

Hi Everyone! Today I am so honoured and excited to be the Hero Arts Unity Collection Guest Designer  for June! Thank you @heroarts , @mzdanajoy & @poconopam for this amazing opportunity!

I had so much fun playing with the Unity collection that I made 3 cards! For my first card I used the American Women woodblock stamp.  I stamped it out and coloured it using my Copic markers and then cut it out.  Next  I pulled out an A2 card base and then cut an A2 panel from some grey cardstock and adhered it to my card base. I then took some white cardstock and cut it with one of the  dies from the Hero Arts Postage Infinity die set.  I then stamped the sentiment from the United as One stamp set with black ink. I popped up the coloured image using some foam tape and added a few gems. I put this card together because I immediately thought how fabulous this image would be as a postage stamp. The women poised with their heads held high is something that spoke to me. I hope that you enjoyed my creation.

For this card I used the Kids United stamp set and  I stamped it out and coloured it using my Copic markers and then used the dies to cut it out.  Next  I  took an A2 panel and some of my markers and created stripes of skin tones on it.  I sprayed some shimmer on it and set it aside.  I then took another A2 panel and used the Hero Arts Heart Confetti Die and cut it out. I adhered the the die cut panel over my striped one and attached it to and A2 card base. Next I popped up the image of the girls  with foam tape and adhered it to the card base. Then I  took a piece of white cardstock and stamped a sentiment from the same stamp set with black ink. I popped it up with some foam tape and voila!  I made this card with the thought that it is children that will lead the future. They will see and embrace all of us as we are… human.

This shaker card was made using the Hands of Hope Fancy die. I cut it out with white cardstock and coloured the hands with my Copic markers. Then I cut a few more with more white cardstock and 2 out of acetate. I adhered one white heart, one acetate heart and then 5 white hearts together. I took the other acetate heart and stamped the sentiment from the Kids United stamp set and adhered the coloured heart to it. I gathered the hearts that I had cut out with the Hero Arts Heart Confetti die from my other card and used my Copic markers to colour them. I sprayed some shimmer on them and then used them for the shaker bits in the Hands of Hope Fancy die heart. I also adhered a few of the coloured hearts onto an A2 Card base and adhered the shaker piece to it.   This idea for this card came together as I was making the other card. I was thinking how the die cut hearts shouldn’t go to waste and would be perfect if I made a shaker. The elegant Hands of Hope Fancy die is the perfect choice to include and showcase all hearts together as one. Thank you for looking at my projects.
